If you know anything at all about Home Staging, you know it’s important to highlight your home’s positive features.
If your home’s best features are hidden it will appear less valuable to potential buyers. Less value means a low offer, if any offer is made at all.
When a buyer makes an offer on a home they have one of two objectives….
1. to buy the home before someone else gets it
2. to buy the house at a reduced price
Buyers make their offer based on their perceived value of the home. Their perception can be controlled by how well the seller prepares and presents the home for sale.
Don’t be one of those sellers who underestimates the power of presentation. A home’s appearance will determine it’s emotional appeal. Emotional appeal will determine whether buyers must have it or must have it at a reduced price.
