Basic Home Staging Consult

I begin with the exterior of the home, suggesting ways to improve curb appeal.    The homeowners’ personal to-do list is created during a room-by-room tour of the interior.  Furniture is repositioned to show space and function and to guide the buyers’ eye to the homes positive features and away from the negative.  Generally two hours is sufficient for this service.

 

Full Staging Transformation

I begin with a Basic consult.  After the to-do list is completed by the homeowner,  I return to complete the actual transformation.  Additional accessories may be brought in t0 update the style of existing furnishings, achieving a designer style at an affordable price.

 

 

REDESIGN MAKEOVER

If you are not selling, but want a fresh new look or need help with a challenging room layout,  this service is for you.  I will assist you in transforming your home, using your existing furnishings or I can assist you in the selection of new furnishings and accessories.

 

 

VACANT HOUSE

A basic consult will result in suggestions to take the edge off that empty, abandoned feeling and create eye-pleasing distractions.  A few strategically placed accessories may be enough to add emotional warmth or the selection and coordination of rental furniture can be arranged.
